France needs subsidies and there is a way to get them to them
France threatens to veto the WTO agreeement over farm subsidies.
It is time to solve this problem once and for all:
We must take all of CAP and give it to the French!
This has a number of advantages:
The rest of EU can buy cheap food from e.g. Africa, and help people to a better life there, which will increase the number of EU citizens who will (eventually) go to heaven, and decrease the number of Africans who need to go right away.
On a serious note: I love being in France and I believe I have a lot to learn from the people there. But not about the CAP.
