In Forbes Magazine, there is an article describing The Pirate Bay. They describe The Pirate Bay as sabotaging copyright.
The article seems well researched, but is also in itself a shining example of how hard it is to know where to draw the line. The Pirate Bay does not host or distribute any copyrighted material.

It does however provide links to where this material can be found on the Internet. Forbes Magazine is helpful in the respect that they give the reader information in the article on that the following sites contain copyrighted material (according to Forbes):
  • AllofMP3.com
  • YouTube
  • DailyMotion,
  • Veoh,
  • GoFish (otcbb: GOFH.OB - news - people ),
  • OuOu
  • Peekvid
  • LiveDigital
  • 1Dawg
  • Alluc.org
  • VideoHybrid.com
  • Peekvid.com
  • TVlinks.co.uk
  • YouTVPC.com

No, who is sabotaging copyright as defined by Forbes.
