Wrong. Atheism is the lack of theism. A-theist. Non-theist. I know many atheists and when pressed we all will say we think the idea of a god existing is wildly improbable given the evidence, but none I know will say with belief that there is no god. If atheism is a belief system then not collecting stamps is a hobby.

Därför har jag också nyligen slutat kalla mig ateist. Jag är inte en tvivlare som säger att det verkar hemsk osannolikt att det inte finns en Gud. Jag vet att det inte finns en Gud med lika stor säkerhet kristna vet att det finns en. Jag vet att organiserad religion är grundat i ondska lika bestämt som kristna inbillar sig att hårdrock är djävulens skapelse. :-) Jag är är inte ateist. Jag är anti-teist. :-)

Instämmer med föregående talare. Jag kallar mig själv för ny-ateist för att understryka detta faktum; att jag är helt övertygad om att guds icke-existens, att religion är bluff och båg och att vetenskap och rationellt tänkande är det vi bör ta fasta på och att allt övernaturligt antingen är fullt naturligt eller har stora brister i förklaringsmodellen.
