Hama BTH-150 voltage and manual

Hama BTH-150 is an old bluetooth headset that I had lying around. How to charge it then?

But that doc doesn't mention the voltage.

Further search, and at least one version of it runs on 6 volts:

And for my headset it seems to be positive voltage at the tip. Now charging.

Bummer, it only holds charge for a couple of minutes! Ah, well.
