How to maybe restart a bit gnome-shell under Wayland

Possibly it or some of its processes restart when you simply lock the screen (with super-L) and then unlock again. It seemed to get rid of the Excessive CPU consumption on my machine at least.

"On Wayland I simply use the lock screen feature (don't logout!) and then I log back in. Just press SUPER + L."

The super key is usually the Windows key on PCs and the command key on Macs.
