Till alla er som har problem. Ha inte det.

Varför försöker vi stötta och utveckla samhällen i de fattigaste länderna, när de verkar så svåra att förändra? Vore det inte lättare om alla flyttade till de länder som har fungerande institutioner och d:o näringsliv? Lant Pritchett hävdar just det i sin bok Let Their People Come: Breaking the Gridlock on Global Labor Mobility.

Tanken är intressant: Varför inte bara tömma de områden som har dålig infrastruktur, dåliga institutioner eller bara dåliga handelsavtal?
